CONDITIONS FOR THE RENTAL
OF OUR MERCEDES-BENZ VANS

Basic prerequisites for renting our vans

Basic rental conditions

The minimum billed rental period for a car is 24 hours.
The minimum required age for the driver of the rental is at least 21 years. (A lower driver’s age is possible by agreement only.)
The driver must be in possession of a valid Group B (EU/EEA standard) driving licence for a minimum of 2 years.
The car renter must present two valid documents when renting a vehicle (an ID card or passport and a category B driving licence).
The renter must have a valid VISA or MasterCard with them when renting the car.
Payment can be made in cash, via cashless bank transfer or by card (VISA or Master Card).
In the case of the renter being a company, a valid commercial register statement from the country of origin is required.
If you choose a pick-up time outside our working hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM) or on a public holiday, we will add a one-time fee of CZK 2 000 to your order. We will also charge the same amount of 2 000 CZK if you choose a return time outside our working hours or on a public holiday.
In the event of a traffic accident, the van being vandalised, or stolen, either the Police of the Czech Republic must be contacted, or the police of the country you are currently located in, and where the traffic accident, vandalism, or theft took place.

If the renter damages the van multiple times, resulting in multiple claims, and these multiple claims cannot be settled with the insurance company as one event, for each claim a 10% car insurance deductible no lesser than 13 000 CZK will be paid in cash/by card, or subtracted from the security deposit.

If the rental gets stolen, the renter shall pay in cash/by card a 10% car insurance deductible on the claim relating to the theft of the van.

What’s part of the rental price?

The maximum age of our rental vans is 1 year.
Regular servicing of the vans is carried out in an authorized service center only.
Our fleet is constantly updating to meet the demand of our customers.
We offer special pricing offers for our regular customer.
There are no advance booking fees.
A 24 hours a day, 7 days a week support during your rental period.
21% VAT.
For the V-Class, Vito Tourer, EQV, eVito, and Sprinter model lines we charge a daily limit of 250 km per day of rental. Exceeding this limit leads to an additional charge of 7 CZK/km above this daily limit including VAT.

For the Marco Polo, Marco Polo Activity and Marco Polo Horizon model lines we charge a daily limit of 150 km per day of rental. Exceeding this limit leads to an additional charge of 7 CZK/km above this daily limit including VAT.

The mileage limit for Mercedes-Benz Marco Polo, Marco Polo Activity and Marco Polo Horizon campervans is 4 500 km for rentals of 30 days or more; for all other vehicles, the limit is 6 000 km for rentals of 30 days or more. (For mileage exceeding this limit, we charge CZK 7/km including VAT.)

Delivery of the car anywhere in Prague is available for a fee of 690 CZK including VAT. The same amount of 690 CZK including VAT is charged for the return of the car within Prague. (For long-term rentals, car delivery and return within Prague are free of charge.)
Car delivery is available anywhere in the Czech Republic for a fee. (Please contact us.)
Car delivery is available anywhere in the European Union for a fee. (Please contact us.)
We do not charge extra for having a second driver with you.
You may depart abroad free of charge.
Assistance in Europe included in the rental price.
Free vignette valid in the Czech Republic.
Free summer or winter tyres depending on the season.
Free washing and cleaning of the car after drop-off (valid when stained accordingly to average use)
And above all, a relaxed attitude.
